CompressBadger is built with privacy as a core principle. Your images are processed server-side and automatically deleted after download. We don't store your files, track what you compress, or sell your data to anyone.
Information We Collect
Images You Upload
When you use our image compression service, your files are temporarily uploaded to our servers for processing. These files are:
- Stored temporarily in memory and on disk during processing
- Automatically deleted within 1 hour after compression completes
- Never shared with third parties
- Never used for training, analysis, or any purpose other than compression
Analytics Data
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. This includes:
- Pages you visit
- Time spent on the site
- Browser and device information
- General geographic location (country/city level)
Google Analytics uses cookies to collect this information. You can opt out using browser extensions like Google Analytics Opt-out.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Process your images: Compress, convert, or optimize your uploaded files

- Files are stored in isolated directories with restricted access
- Automated cleanup processes delete files after processing
- Our servers are hosted in secure data centers
However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

CompressBadger uses minimal cookies:
